Just "cancel" your order online, you get an immediate credit back and then reorder. I did and saved a few dollars on it and LOTR TTT, which has also dropped in price. Saved 5 Dollars for my next purchase with them. They are just about the best out there for R1 at the moment.

Despite the fact that I've had nothing but trouble in my previous dealings with DVDSOON, I wanted to order this title as a gift so I decided to give them a try again.
It is still 14.98 Canadian Dollars- £6.841 as of 22:45 today, So GreggWW have a look again. I know cos I've just ordered it… & I must need my head tested using this lot again!

You're kidding right? You don't want to spend the day listening to me ranting on about them, so here's just some of the reasons I stopped using them-

Taking 6 weeks just to send out a DVD that's supposed to be in stock when I ordered it

Waiting 5 weeks for another title to arrive, only to find they sent the wrong bloody title! (I ordered Heartbreakers & got Highlander- which i already owned!)

Taking payment 3 times for the same order, then trying to say I would have to except a credit on my account because a refund was too much work for them.

In total I have ordered about 12 titles with DVDSOON & was unhappy with the service (Or the lack of) for each order made.

The fastest I ever received anything from them is 4 weeks- in which case I would rather pay 2 or 3 quid more at another website & get my order in under a month.

Having said all that, I've avoided using them for at least 18 months, so maybe they have finally got there act together- but I don't hold out much hope of that.
If they muck this one up, I'll never use them again

I`ve ordered plenty off them and although a couple of items have taken some time to get here they`ve always been ok to deal with. I would certainly trust them more than Splash who can take a ridiculous amount of time to ship.
I got my Finding Nemo and Looney Tunes Golden Collection within 5 days of shipping and their Superbit and Paramount sales currently includes a load of decent titles for not very much.

Adaptation, Shrek, Beautiful Mind all reasonably priced plus a load more.
