They seem to be trying to improve matters. I have had no trouble lately, and they seem to be only billing what they send out, now. They have the best prices around and often give damn good deals (unlike Play), so bear with them.

Yes, they are improving their services. Now you can return the item you don`t like and they even refund the postage. If the items you order are in stock, they could be quick to deliver. But if it`s out of stock, you could wait quite a while. But I almost got everything I ordered so far. cancel a few orders which I wait too long, and get refund. I have used their service for over 10 monthes, no trouble so far.

it seems they raised the prices for some dvds yesterday...
