Good spot! Sounds like a great price for a 12x burner.

One concern, though - the product description on Ebuyer is a bit crafty in using the word `dual`, making it sound like this is a dual layer burner, which I don`t think it is. I think the `dual` part refers to it being able to handle two formats of disc. I can see a lot of retailers using this keyword to entice people who think they are getting a dual layer writer as the new machines become popular.

I`m pretty sure they have always been described as dual writers if they do +/- perhaps I`m going mad though!

For dual layer it`ll say DL, so the description for an 8x dual format dual layer writer will be:

8x DVDRW Dual DL

Although beware as these writers can only write to dual layer discs @ 2.4x at the moment.
