How long is the contract? if 12 months them I can`t see the catch!

It`s a 12 month contract so the only "catch" is that you have to remember to send the relevant paperwork off at the relevant times throughout the year (a standard catch for many cashback deals these days). Oh...and the fact that, if you want to be ultra safe, you should wait until the final payment is in your hands before you cancel so it might cost you £25 - £35 for up to 1 month line rental before you finally walk.

Effectively, Dialaphone will be paying off your previous 4 months line rental in arrears at 3 separate points throughout the year.

I got one but when i tried for another was infored that thay have now sold out.You snooze you lose :/

Have been on 3 for 4 months now, and have had nothing but trouble with them! Their `customer service` could actually be done for trade descriptions, and offer no service what-so-ever. The calls drop out constantly, regardless of whether you have a good signal or not.
And God forbid you should ever have a problem with your phone, I have a Motorola A835, normally a very good phone. But mine has a few glitches, that suggest that there may be a hardware fault.
Motorola don`t want to know, they say it`s 3`s problem. 3 don`t reply to my emails, phone calls etc and that has been over 3 months now.

The moral of this story is: be very careful. Not everything that looks like a bargain, is.
