The above does not include the monitor. In my honest opinion this one is a better buy - I have not examined the specs in detail though.

It`s not a bad price, but this is Dell just putting all their old stock out to try and get some money back-I mean, when was the last time you saw a machine with only a CD Rom drive in it?

That said, for anyone wanting a new machine and doesn`t want to do anything too heavy, it looks a decent buy-you certainly would struggle to build one of the same spec for the same sort of price

I know what you mean, but I have still ordered one for the kids, they were using my old Pentium 120 and could not load any new softwares. I only upgraded with a DVD drive so for £250 with free printer is quite a good bargain. I will upgrade the memory myself, I could have build one but probably ending up paying the same amount, and I did not have XP neither.
