I click on this link then click the `Home Delivery` option, I put in my house number and post code (PO10 7PG for instance) and then I get out of stock, yet it appears others can see it in stock?

For a complete dunce, is there any difference between the black box and the crystal one, except for the cosmetics?

There are different versions of the Xbox from 1.0 to 1.6b. There are no detectable end user differences between versions, most of the changes are believed to be to reduce manufacturing costs (new graphics chip) and to try and circumvent some of the mod chips on the market.

So short answer to your quetsion is NO, there are no differences between the `normal` Xbox and the Crystal Xbox. When the Xbox Crystal initially came out last year it was a limited edition and sold out. It was brought back for Christmas and these all sold out. I read an interview recently which commented that `there were no plans to re-introduce the Crystal Xbox in the New Year` (when stocks are replenshied). You can re-shell a black Xbox using a 3rd party kit for approx £30
