Yes, it`s the Duraband DVD 1000 @ £19.97.
It`s the one they had in around xmas time.
Had some in stock in the Kings Hill (West Malling Kent) store today.

It was also in stock at Asda Leyton (East London) earlier today.
This player has been mentioned on this site before , most notably here (so it seems it can be made multi-region).
Perhaps some of the posters who have this player might like to offer an opinion.

For a penny off 20 quid you cant go wrong, its worth buying as a spare!

Seen this today in Asda Monks Cross York. Looks good plays mp3s too. Very small not unlike the portable players without the screen.

Just been to my local Asda and bought one of these. Can`t go wrong at the price - quality is excellant; SCART, Svideo and RCA connections.

Plays DVD-R fine and amazed to find that it even plays VCD too !!!
