Cheers Clayts, I was gutted to miss out on the Proline offer they did a few weeks back, now I`ve finally got a DVD player to watch all the bargains I`ve picked up from this forum on! ;-)

They`re out of stock :(
You think the muppets in the stores know about this or will they try and squeeze an extra £100 out of me?

Has been doing some research lastnight since reading this thread. LG3200 cannot play VCD, MPEG, of CDR/CDRW. Also there may be some problem with firmware 1.00. Goto www.lgdvd.co.uk for more detail. But it is very tempting with that price!!!
RE: LG3200 DVD player - £100 from Woolies
they got them at richersounds.com for a 130 quid an there multi region aswell :)
RE: LG3200 DVD player - £100 from Woolies
Ive had my LG 3200E about 6 months now + i`ve had no problems at all with it ,its played every disc ive put in it ...matrix, toy story boxset + other "troublesome" disc`s, ive played r.c.e titles on it , so at that price its a steal, + as multiregion goes it takes about 30 seconds to make an LG 32000 region 2 player multigegion with a remote hack ... dont pay extra for it ...
RE: LG3200 DVD player - £100 from Woolies
It`s fooked off completely now, not a sausage, gives you the same message as the Pro-Line. Which is bloody annoying, why don`t they just update the page to say "I`m sorry that product has sold out." "I`m sorry that product is currently out of stock, but we are expecting new orders soon etc".

Sandy, if it`s anything like the Proline deal they`ll probably run it two or three times again as and when they get new stock.
The Proline deal was quite funny because the stock was supposed to be `damaged`, and they allegedly only had one batch to get rid off. Subsequently they advertised a further two batches when the original stock ran out. Most people were very pleased with their `damaged` stock - not a scratch on `em !
