The 4th Bill Ive been told by CPW twice is NOT October but November. So anyone who has a 4th Bill today or in October do not send it in as it will be rejected. I Ordered mine on 20th July, got it on 21st and got a bill dated 21st July from 3 with just line rental on no call charges. CPW state this is not a full airtime bill and that I need to send in November bill which to me is the 5th. Just thought Id post it here for anyone in a similar position. They will accept copy of bill as well.

Cheers for the heads up, was in the exact same position today, wondering if the tiny bill for 3 days (or whatever it was) counted, you have answered in 2 seconds what the bloke from CPW couldnt answer in almost 30mins! :o
