Excellent - just to echo what others have already said really - looks as good as if not better than pretty much every other film site ive ever seen! it make me want to see the whole movie! has it been shot yet? any ideas on a release date? if so where and when!

Hi Mark,
Im sure some one will correct me if im wrong but the sky + best option is just RGB Scart, use a decent one such as a Thor or Ixos, dont really need to spend over £25 mark as i dont think you will notice that much difference.

the DMRES20 is best connected using component if you have it on the samsung - i assume so as you mentioned that it was new - i have mine through component on a HD panasonic and im as please as i can be without going high def. :)

i tend to use tv-cables.co.uk or ebay for most of my leads

just wanted to add my piece about this superb piece of kit - as previously mentioned for £50 you really cant go wrong, fair enough `she aint pretty` but then again who really cares! 40gb for £50 is a bargain in anyones eyes - oh and i dont know if it has been mentioned before but it seems that the unit also charges quite happily from the usb port when ever connected! i have used mine for transferring large files as well as simply playing tunes in the car and house - not had a single problem, highly reccomended :)

ive just bought a HD panasonic and was wondering if anyone can shed light on dvi to hdmi leads? i will be connecting my 360 via vga as the general opinion is that it looks better but am now stuck with the media centre without a socket unless dvi to hdmi leads exist? ive seen adapters and numerous tyoes of dvi to hdmi leads but am not entirely sure what i actually need! any help greatly appreciated!

noticed the exact same thing on a few of my files, took it back and got another and the same thing is happening, seems to be a minor fault with the machine, although as said previously it only lasts a fraction of a second so it doesnt really bother me. still pretty impressed for the price though! :)

have to second the praise for this machine, ive just picked one up and it plays all my divx and avi`s fine :) the machine isnt very advanced, but then again its £19! im using it as a bedroom player and for this purpose its brilliant (well so far!) even if it does break after a year its not likely to break the bank to buy another. the user interface is very simple but it serves its purpose, its also very quiet, virtually silent when compared to my toshiba.
all in all recomended as a decent player, the spec isnt up to much it only have rgb scart, component and av, no optical or co-axial output.

those t-mobile deals look pretty tempting, in fact its exactly what the other half and i have been looking for! i know there is no cashback or anything like that but when you can get a nokia n70 (what i was wanting) 600 cross network mins 300 texts and 150 media messages for £26.50 a month! i think it will be hard to beat! they are 18 month contracts but that doesnt bother me as i hate having to find a better deal every 12 months! cheers for the heads up! :)

must agree Verbatims have been great for me, ive used them for a couple of years now and sometimes W2W have them at £4.99 for 25 with free delivery!! at just under 20p a disc you can go wrong!

Player is pretty standard really, better than my mobile phone but not as good as expensive player (for obvious reasons!!) for £9 you simply cant go wrong, even a a 256mb memory stick it was still cheap!!
