Never heard of this brand, nor have I brought from unbeatablegadgets although I`ve seen various posts on forums from people who have brought from them without complaint

sounds like it`s not quite so "brand new" and in fact are bid-up tv`s rejects!

I don`t see anything on that tread to suggest these aren`t new; more worryingly several people have had problems + it`s while it`s a twin tuner it`s only a single channel recorder

I mean as in not exactly the latest and greatest model, which I inferred from the description - maybe I misinterpreted.
