I wonder if they are feeling the pinch?

It wasn`t long ago they reduced the limit from £20 to £15.

Maybe free delivery on all items is just around the corner! 8)

Just so long as they don`t send everything via Home Delivery Network Limited, who managed to misdeliver (and I suspect lose) an order of mine last week.

Way to go on increasing costs for a business and becoming a thief in the process...

HDN climbed over ny 7ft gate to put a parcel behind bi. I thought I had been burgled as he left red footprints up drive and on other side of gate. My miffed-ness was somewhat reduced by not having to go to Post Office to collect, but would prefer a less robust approach to delivery.

by quickly grabbing the item abandoned 2 feet from the street then claiming non delivery, you are simply teaching the courier to do their job properly. Can they proove some one else did not see the item first?

If i cross the road with out looking properly, we all know the likely resault
