At Argos, they are selling Panasonic DVD LV60 portable for half price! From £789.99 down to only £394.99!!!! Absolute bargain - 5.8" screen. Unfortuantely I`ve already paid out a fortune for a LV70, but thought I would share this with you all! Argos code no. is 553/1712

Alot of portable players have gone down in price recently. The cheapest ive seen was a £200 ex display one at comet with new ones at around 250-275

Also, Argos doesn`t actually appear to be selling these. Search for the code on the website - no results. Search for the product - no results. Look in the catalogue - no results. Call `ring & reserve` - no results. Were you telling fibbees sportsmimic?

No, I wasn`t Bill. Check out the instore sale magasine - about 4 pages of offers for February. It is in here....honestly! Crikey, you try to do people a favour. Also those seen in comet, did they have LCD screens? The only ones I`ve seen for that price were portable players only (Without screen)

Buy A laptop, it comes with a nice big 14" screen to watch DVD`s and includes a free coumpter!!

Yeah, but it`s nowhere near the quality of a portable dvd player. My Panasonic is one of the best things I ever bought. Now I can watch movies on the toilet!
