Region Encoding

John Gill (Mostly Harmless) posted this on Sunday, 9th February 2003, 23:25

A quick question. I`ve successfully played region 1 and region 4 encoded DVDs on my Cyberhome AD-N212 player but does it make any difference if they are NTSC encoded as I notice some of them are on the CD WOW website?

If you`ve successfully played R1 discs then you`ll have no problems with NTSC encoded stuff.

Almost all R1 material (99.99999%) is NTSC.
