Page 1 of New back to the future discs!

I`ve just bought the box set from play. How do I tell if I have the new discs or the old ones?

The best bit to look at is on the second film, near the start when Doc gives Marty his jacket. When Doc presses the button on the jacket near the bottom of it to adjust its size, you should be able to see his hand as he does it. If you cannot see that and it appears the camera position is too high, then you have the mis framed versions. Let us know mate.

I can see half of his hand but no fingers! I take it this is still the same disc then! I`m really cheesed off, I deliberately waited until after april to buy these discs and they are still churning out the duff ones!

Anyone know how I`m gonna exchange my region4 discs?

I`ve just been on the phone to Universal about the delay re new discs (now July!) and, according to them, ALL BTTF discs on sale in the UK are the faulty discs!

Does anybody have details or latest information that I can use to replace my 2 faulty DVDs of the Back to the Future trilogy WS REGION 1 versions. I am still in limbo without answers and I refuse to play the movies as I know they aren`t up to scratch for my liking. Please help as this is my best trilogy set I own. I need these replacements.

Contact your supplier as they`re responsible for the goods being fit for the purpose they were bought for.
