I`ve got a 37" panasonic plasma and it is awesome, bear in mind that most plasmas you see in shops are not calibrated correctly and look rubbish. Once set up correctly the panasoinc plasmas look great and I can honestly say that my tv has the best picture I have ever seen anywhere. And that is the opinion of all my mates and family as well.

Just got back from seeing this with the family and thought it was amazing. As for it dragging , my seven year old boy loved every minute of it.
One of the best films of the year easily.
About as close to film perfection as possible in my opinion.

It may be that you guys could save my life, I`m desperately trying to get into bios to change the aperture for agp.

Chewie, my player only outputs NTSC as NTSC and this cannot be altered, I`ve already looked into it a while back. I put a region 1 disc on(the transporter) for the first time in months and noticed that since I have calibrated my player to suit my tv the judder is nowhere near as bad!
I don`t know what I`ve changed to cause this but I will probably buy more r1 disc`s from now on,starting with finding nemo.

Well untill I get a new player (which won`t be for long long time) I find region 1 nearly unwatchable. Which is a shame because picture wise I don`t see that big a difference.

Do all players give jerky ntsc pictures or is it just mine? If it was`nt for that I`d probably buy most of my dvd`s on region 1!

I`m looking to get the indiana jones trilogy on R4, where`s the best place to buy it?
I`ve tried ezy dvd but it works out at about £15 more than region 2!

After reading a thread which mentioned different pitch on PAL and NTSC films I got to wondering whether cinemas change between PAL and NTSC depending on the country, or is there a set format for cinema films?
