Page 1 of Missing EQUILIBRIUM from PLAY.COM

Have ordered this film from play.com, region 1.

It was posted on 14 May but it hasn`t arrived yet. According to play it`s not officially lost until 14 days after the date it was posted but I have never waited this long for a dvd from them.

I would be interested to know if anyone else is still waiting for their copy or have already received it. FROM PLAY ONLY please.

a lot of stuff has gone missing from them recently ether due to computer glitch saying stuff is sent or light fingered customs or mail staff :(

Hopefully this is not the case. I have never had a problem with them before, I have been using them for three years now and so far I am happy with the service they provide.

well someone rang them up and they were told that a ton of stuff had been lost in the mail system, my guess is Play are as miffed as you are, I had a disc go missing too, they sent a replacement last week...

I still have to wait till Thursday b4 I can ring and complain Boo Hoo!!!

I think it must have been something around the 15th, I had 20000 Leagues under the sea and Star Trek Nemesis both go missing.
But Battle of Britain, which was posted on the 20th arrived on the 22nd !!
so back to their usual selves.
Personally, I`d blame the PO, like the other contributors, this is the first time they`ve lost anything of mine after posting, in three years of using them !

John, I`d e-mail or ring them now anyway, my Nemesis wasn`t 14 days out, but they`ve posted the replacement already.

John496: I`m in the same position as you. My R1 Equilibrium was posted on the 14th May, and as of the 24th hadn`t arrived. I phoned them on Friday (the 23rd), and the helpful guy on the phone said it probably won`t arrive now, so they have sent out another one free of charge.
Phone them today to get a replacement sent out, you don`t have to wait until Thursday.
I should add that in the 3.5 years of using Play, this is the first time it`s happened.

OK thanx guys. Panic Over it arrived this morning (27th May).

Glad you`ve got it, but that means I`ll probably have to send back the other one, if I`m feeling honest!!! None of my mates has a region 1 player.
