I forget `The people that time forgot`
Just looking at the film on the front page of the site today.
There were a lot of these type of films which starred Doug McClure as the reluctant hero.
Is this the film that had people from different times and ages, walking across a graveyard of ships wearing helium balloons, with `big nasher and tenticle weaving seaweed` or is this a different film entirely ? can you name it, as I do seem to remember this one?
These `B` movie monster films seem to all blend together.
RE: I forget `The people that time forgot`
That sounds more like the Hammer clunker "The Lost Continent". "People" is full of Muppet dinosaurs like "Land". Patrick Wayne and party set out to rescue Doug McClure after his message-in-a-bottle gets found. There`s a lot of running around with dinosaurs, lost civilisations and lingering shots of Dana Gillespie`s notable cleavage. Cheesy fun, but not a patch on "At The Earth`s Core".

Of course, you realise this means war!

A WISE MAN ONCE SAID
RE: I forget `The people that time forgot`
aah, Doug McClure (Trampis from the Virginian) Me and my brother loved going to see these movies in the pictures when we were youngsters.
Warlords of Atlantis, The Land that Time Forgot and The People That Time Forgot, each one a classic. I know one of them they were in a diving bell and a massive octopus/foam sea creature, grabbed them and they dropped down into a crevice that brought them into another world again one they were in a submarine and turned up in a world with Dinosaurs (Think this is The Land That Time Forgot)
Are these all out on DVD now?
RE: I forget `The people that time forgot`
The diving bell one is "Warlords of Atlantis". "Land" is the one with the submarine. I`m positive the one with the seaweed doesn`t star Doug McClure and was made by Hammer sometime in the dark ages. "The Lost Continent".

Do not be alarmed. That strange sound is simply
my mind boggling.
