Page 1 of Does anyone else own Empire Records "Remix" special edition on region 1?

I recently bought Empire records remix special edition (remastered for dolby digital 5.1) but it messes up on every DVD player ive tried. I can only watch about half of it before it freezes and (depending on the player) "dirty disc" is displayed even though the disc is brand new and doesnt have even a tiny scratch or mark on it. This is really driving me insane cos I love this film but I dont wanna order it again if they are all like it...

Ive got it,and it plays fine -no problems at all.
I`d try it in another player first to see if its the disc,or your machine.
Sounds like a dodgy disc though.

Mine`s fine too, i got the original and the remix, god i love that film...
