3.) The Wizard of Oz - Flying, Frickin` Monkeys, why`d it have to be Monkeys!
4.) The Abonimable Dr. Phibes

The Legend Of Boggy Creek
It was one of the first mockumentries (similar to blair witch project) based on bigfoot sightings.

RE: Your Scariest Childhood film???????????
Disney`s "Alice in Wonderland". Seems Disney is responsible for a lot of childhood traumas, namely the killing of the mother in "Bambi". Ironic, isn`t it?
RE: Your Scariest Childhood film???????????
The film that scared me most was the tv movie it I remember it scarring me when it was shown on tv. I was on holiday in the UK and it scarred me even more because of the basin which was in the film. I was about 10 when I saw it.

Duel - Freaked me out.
Transformers: The Movie - Didn`t scare me, more traumatised. I loved the TV show, and within 30 minutes they manage to kill more than half the original characters, including Optimus Prime. Still a brilliant film though :D ;)
Watership Down - Same as Transformers, it traumatised me :/
Predator - I remember the scene where all the skinned bodies are hanging upside down. That was some sick s*** when I was 5 years old.
Terminator - Freaked me out at the end, when he rises from the flames.
Not bothered now though. Have all but Duel on DVD (and I will get Duel when it`s released).

RE: Your Scariest Childhood film???????????
Superman 3 - the bit where the woman gets caught up in the computer and turns into some kind of cyborg thing. Aarrrggghh!
Robocop - A friend made me watch it when I was little, and the bit when the bloke gets covered in acid near the end used to scare the crap out of me.
Oh, and the Goonies. :D
RE: Your Scariest Childhood film???????????
Beneath the Planet of the Apes
The first Apes sequel, when a certain someone blew up a certain planet (Not to give anything away) ;)
A Hindi film called Meri Awaaz Suno starring Jeetendra (no relation :D ) five year old kids shouldn`t be made to watch torture scenes :(
Finally, By Dawns Early Light. Being a child of the cold war, the thought of nuclear armageddon still makes me want to `duck and cover`

RE: Your Scariest Childhood film???????????
I remember watching Jaws on tv and the part where the body floats past the hole in the boat scared the life out of me lol
there was a live action pinocchio film on one christmas (about 1980ish) and the wolf on that scared me silly gave me nightmares for weeks
also a tv film ..might have been a `tales of the unexpected` where a family who were all werewolves ran a hotel or a guest house and a couple were woken in the night by a noise outside the window, when the woman opened the curtains there was a werewolf outside the window looking in...I had nightmares again for weeks after that too :o

RE: Your Scariest Childhood film???????????
One of the Hammer House of Horror episodes. I remember very little about it except for a creepy man with a steel pincer instead of a hand, and that it ended with the camera panning back to reveal a man (whom I believe was the good guy) hanging from a tree. Just got a shiver thinking about it now.
Also, Halloween 3 used to scare the beejesus out of me!
