Page 1 of film name please?

hi,
can anyone help with this film name
it was about a man who spent his life going to trade fairs
but one time a girl told him dont drink the water
he did not drink it, and in the middle of the talk loads of odd people in space sort of suits pluged tubes into all the people around him! and sucked stuff out of the people
in the end it turned out he was some sort of company spy
was this a film, or did i just dream this! (:¦

oh, its not that film The Stuff is it? i remember the cover from back in the video shop days.. it was about people spewing stuff out of their bodies..
