Recently got Shrek on region 1. The dialogue is out of sync. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I am dreading have to send it back to Play247......if i ever get thru to their help line!!!

Mine seems to work o.k. I watched closely as somebody else posted on this on this site. As closely as you can watch a computer generated character that is.

It`s a Pioneer 636d player i have got........it doesn`t happen when i play the Toy Story Dvd`s though!

I take it this is the DTS track you are talking about? I had no probs on my Samsung 709 with firmware 3.28 but I have heard of several probs with players whilst listening to the DTS track. Why send it back because you will have the same probs with any replacement disc. Just keep it and watch the DD track instead.
