Page 1 of Superman Boxset Faulty DVDs - Replacements arrived yesterday!

Yay! I rang up Dec 14th and after the 5-7day wait the package arrived. They sent an envelope with a letter saying that I should send the faulty discs in the envelope and they would then send the replacment discs to me. When I checked the envelope they have sent the new discs!
So do I send the faulty discs back - even though they will just be destroyed?

So they are actually including the replacements in the package then? I`d heard conflicting reports. I`m a bit p***ed off as I called ages ago and I still haven`t received mine. Will chase again next week if nothing arrives by the weekend. I rang twice to make sure as well, because I thought they had my details wrong the first time (which they sort of did).

Bit confused about what you`ve written above though. You said you rang on the 14/12 and after a 5-7 day wait the package arrived, yet you`re posting like you just received them. Bit longer than 5.-7 days if you just got them now...

Only the R1 sets were affected

It wasn`t sarcasm, I just didn`t understand what you meant because the dates didn`t add up. Also, the R2 sets were affected, because the original Dolby 2.0 Stereo track wasn`t on them. Warner UK have a replacement program.
