just change to ME & re installed dvd genie ,but it won,t work..i remmber changeing the firmware before on the player but that should of stayed in the dvd player any ideas?

WinME has it`s own built in region coding
What dvd playback software are you using as some obey the WinME region coding system while others don`t.
