Page 1 of Spaced 2...at last

With Spaced ll out today, it`s time to indulge in some favourite moments.
Tops for me is from series 1 with Mike dancing to a version of The A-Team theme tune. Absolute classic. Also like Tim and artist fella (minds gone blank) walking down the street celebrating (hugging strangers, heading a ball), with differing results. Oh, and.....

Wahey! Spaced kick ass!! If you like that then check out another channel 4 comedy its called the estate agents its pretty good as well, think its on late on friday night!

Even better is Black Books which is on C4 on Friday nights at 9.30. It is absolutely hilarious and stars Bill Bailey who also features in Spaced. I have to say that my favourite moment from Spaced is also from Series 1 and is the paintball sequence.

Saw the first Estate Agents and didn`t like it, but agree about Black Books (favourite moment: the Subutteo player stuck in the security man`s hair, played by (you`ve guessed it) Mike from Spaced! Funny because there was no explanation of why it was there.
Talking of Mike`s reappearance have you noticed the overlap of actors in appearing in Spaced, Alan Partridge, Black Books, Father Ted, Big Train etc and anything with Chris Morris in?

Saw the first two Estate Agents show and thought it was awful. It`s just unfunny, IMO.

Spaced, Black Books and the first 2 series of Smack the Pony are the best comedies from C4 in a long time. The audio commentary on the Black Books DVD is as hilarious as the shows themselves and I think is a must for all fans.

Favourite Spaced moment: When Daisy gets Colin the dog, and Brian starts making Colin dance. :-) Loads more favourite moments in there too...

Also, Dwayne from Spaced reads the shipping forecast in Black Books 1 and sends Fran over the edge...

Favourite Spaced moment is from the first series clubbing episode (which is just a superb episode!).. where the phone goes off and the despatch biker bloke starts getting into the rhythm as the kettle boils and someone knocks at the door and other things are brought into the mix. Hilarious!

For some reason I didn`t get into the second series. I think I was on holiday when it started. So it`s a must have for DVD.

The best moment from Series 1 has to be Brian`s eloquent recollection of his old, squashed dog Pom Pom.

The best bit from Spaced series 1 was when Tim knocked on Brians door. Brian goes "Who is it?" Tim replies with "Farther Christmas" Cue Brian to come out of the door, eyes alight with joy and his face lit with pleasure! Brill. Comedy gold. Estate agents was a bit pants I`m afraid. I watched the first two or three episodes and found it a bit naff.
