Page 1 of Eggs......WHY?
Easter Eggs Forum
Does anyone else feel that Easter Eggs are a waste of time.
If these items are on the disc why doesn`t the production company just advertise that they are?
Surely the more on a disc the more chance they have of selling more copies.
funny thing is, there are a lot more people out there that don`t even know what an Easter Egg is on a DVD!!! and won`t even see the hidden extras cos they don`t know they exist!
I think it`s a complete waste of time, cos to find them straight away all you do is just open up the files on a PC and hunt them out if you really can be ar$d! just by using ifoedit or something similar cos they are normally one of the smaller VOB files!
but again why should the majority of people miss out?
sorry if I upset all you Diehard EasterEgg hunters :-)

Good point that! I find easter eggs are a complete waste of time also....and how come the best features always seem to be in easter egg form???
They should just advertise them as normal and let us just get on with watching it instead of hunting round for hours!
I agree totally. Just give me ALL the options, now, that`s what I paid for so give it!
Often eggs are very minor and nothing is missed if they are not found. And when you do happen across one it is fun.
I must admit though I wouldn`t miss them if they weren`t there at all...
