Yep,

The Region 1 disc has loads more on but no DTS.

btw Fox didn`t release the R2 disc so it would be a bit of a wasted phone call I think.

The Power of Love music video, an extra commentary and 2 or 3 more documentaries are missing. There`s also going to be some Eric Stoltz footage on the R1. What`s odd about this is that we were supposed to be getting the trilogy first and they held it back so that the features would match.

I have the Ozzie version of the trilogy and yes this does have a Dts track and also plenty of lanuage variations, it is like the T2 region 1 has 3 versions of the film but because they have to put lanuage variations in the R2 only 1 version of the film is on the disc bloody French, Germans, Spanish, Etc From what I have heard the extra extras on the R1 disc are crap anyway only worth getting if you are a true bttf geek or don`t own either earlier copies

Maybe with back to the future and T2, but..

Having checked out a site with lot of R1 Easter Eggs, I`ve found that a lot of those Easter Eggs are regular special features on R2 discs (Migth, of course, depend on which country has made it).

That way, if you`re not going for Easter Eggs, or know about them, you might miss out tons of stuff on R1 discs that`s availbe up front on R2 discs..

All the extra features on the R1 version are available as standard menu items and are not easter eggs. Therefore they are easily accessable to the masses.

Gutted eh !

I was going to get the region 1 version but in an unexpected surprise got the region 2 off a m8 who heard me ranting that they were going to release it on DVD....

Oh well I was still super grateful, but I am a super Back to the future geek who would have liked to have the extra commentries !
anyhow an egg on the first film in a feature sense - 1985 in hill valley the film on at the cinema is Orgy in America :)
^ If this is obviously pointed out somewhere I apolgise, but I only spotted it recently
