what is the best way of building up your chaos meter in the level where the biker gang guy tells you to wreak havoc on the city. I just can`t do it, thanks!!

there is actually a glitch on this part of the game. Just destroy one car, then using an automatic rifle, shoot continuously at the burnt out shell. The chaos meter will fill up in no time.
