Page 1 of Impressed with a game moment shocker!

I, Washu, the hardest person to please in the world, was genuinly impressed last night during Res Evil 0. The things that impress me are usually attention to detail and the moment I got on top of the train in the rain I was impressed. The way the speed was conveyed, the rain, noise, wind and the characters bracing against the wind was fabbola. I even made sure I didn`t leave them in the rain at the back of the train as I didn`t want them wet and cold!!

Isn`t this game class?

I had a quick blast last night. Definately the best Resident Evil game I`ve played. The character flipping is excellent, I hope they use it in future games.

I`ve got past the train bit, I`m in the mansion. This game is also rock hard, there`s no green herbs anywhere, and I`ve hardly got any bullets!!

I`m running away from mad zombies that flick their arms at you! Argh! Help!!

Totally agree this game is amazing, by far the best graphics ive seen on a console, i have took the day off uni today to play it.

Come on guys!! So the graphics are great but its still the same game as the other 7/8 Res Evil games, i`m glad as a PS2 owner the GC took these stale capcom games from our machine. Devil May Cry is a far better game, but the sequel is pants.

Oh and i finished the Getaway the other night good NOT great game, the cut-scenes are funny, cant wait to buy Splinter Cell next week!!

No no no!! Sorry but I disagree m8, these games aren`t just about graphics!! Ok, the control method wouldn`t win any awards, but this game is class, the story and atmosphere is superb, and the character switching adds a fresh perspective to the game.

I have loved every Resident Evil game, and this is the best so far!

You can`t really compare Resident Evil to Devil May Cry..... Devil is an all out action game, where as Resident is a tense thriller!! That`s like comparing Mario Sunshine to Pro Evo Soccer!!

I do own a PS2 as well, one of the reasons I bought the Cube was so I can keep playing Resident Evil! You`re missing out, trust me!!

I do agree though, The Getaway is turd!!

yep also very impressed - Loads more difficult than previous and the puzzles arnt imediatlt obvious but not entirly brain splitting to irritate you. afetr all the thing with resi games is wanting to see more cut scenes, enter a new room, meet a new creature - being stuck on a silly puzzle just wouldnt doo. Also -SPOILER - - **** save the fire bombs for the long arms mate - seems to do best damage if u hit them right ******

Is it me or is this game just rock hard!!!??? I`ve got one more tablet to find in the mansion, and I`m low on health. Me and me Mrs were playing this last night, running like Linford all round the place, no bullets, no health!! It REALLY is tense when you come upto a room full of zombies and you have to go past them!! Will you make?? Or won`t you???
