Oh dear, my "idea" of picking the Ukrainian keeper on my fantasy league due to lack of remaining cash doesn`t seem so clever anymore!

Spain are a good bet for the quarters at least, as they should beat France/Switzerland pretty easy.

I 100% agree with that, I can`t remember which game I watched the other day but Southgate was the co-commentator, he didn`t say more than 10 words during the whole 90 minutes! Pathetic.

Surely everyone doesn't think Matrix Reloaded was that bad to make it in the top 25? There are literallly hundreds of worse sequels.

I agree it wasn't as good as the first, it was just an average film - but to rank it number 25!? That`s a bit harsh.

The top clubs are pretty much the same mate, got divers, glory supporters and so on, and that's just the way it is. Chelsea have been singled out, as you appear to be agreeing with…….?

Someone said it could lead to the end of football (can't find that quote / unquote unfortunately but I'm sure it's there I just can't be arsed to back track anymore), I'm sure we all thought this when Liverpool then ManU started their dominance.

Basically once Chelsea's time is up someone else will get all the grief when they dominate.

Not that I really give a toss anyway I just want to see some more stars in the Premiership, as hopefully other teams will have to "try" and compete which can only be good for our game? Eg; Liverpool dominated, other teams were forced to up the ante (ManU) which is what happened and will hopefully start happening again.

Im saying unfair to blame Chelsea for everything, and believe that their clubs are perfect when they've already been there and done it.

It's the same with any club, when I was at school everyone supported Liverpool because they won everything, half of them didn't even know where Liverpool was!

Same happened at ManU when they went on their run.

These "prawn cocktail fans" still exist at the clubs, and now Chelsea have got their share, and no doubt once Chelsea's dominance is over whoever takes their place will get a sudden influx of "fans".

I cant believe other fans say they'd no longer support there club if they came into money? The big clubs are hardly skint anyway, EG; look at Utd? 30m on Rio, 25 on Veron, how much on Van Donkey, Saha, Heinze, Ronaldo etc…?

I also can't believe other fans have the cheek to call Chelsea supporter glory hunters, everyone supported Liverpool in their heyday, and the same with ManU, half the "supporters" of these clubs have no ties with Manchester, Liverpool etc, but just support them when they were winning!

Then to slate Chelsea's lack of atmosphere? What was it that Roy Keane said about his own fans??? Why is Highbury called the library? Etc…

To say that Chelsea have ruined English football is utter bollox.

I'm afraid ALL the big premiership clubs are all guilty of poaching the best players from other clubs at some point.

Wasn't it boring when Liverpool used to win everything, and then boring again when ManU dominated?

Whatever any of the big clubs say about Chelsea is just pure jealousy because they're not winning like they used to.

Im sure if ManU fans suddenly had a zillion quid they`d be gloating again like they used to about how they were the best and got the best players , etc...

I don't really see what the fuss is with Harry Plopper films. The first one was entertaining, but they've gone down hill.

I watched the Goblet of Fire last night, and was urging it to end. To me it was too long and drawn out, most of the film being pointless. Voldermort was hardly in it, and when he was it was all over in minutes.

I know it's a kids film, but I expected more. I also agree that Voldermort is a mincer :)

Keep switching - 2 years is too long with the same company. All these online DVD rental companies are the same, they treat new customers as top priority - the longer you stay with them the worse they treat you in my experience!

I`ve just moved to Sainsburys - I got a mail Friday to say they`re sending me Flightplan and Transporter 2. They`re not even out until Monday, but they obviously want to impress me as a new customer :D

I bet all the old customers won`t see them disks for months!

ScreenSelect were excellent when I first joined, the turn around time was superb, and I got all my top titles.
6 months later I was waiting 5 days + without them sending anything! I wrote letters of complaint and phoned, but they just werent interested (although they credited me with 3 days free!! Wow! :D ) Due to that insult I have left.

It`s obvious these DVD retailers are all the same, they treat all new customers great, then 6 months later they think you won`t leave, wrong!

My dad owns his own business and sells on Ebay. He was listing 20 items a week, and only half would ever pay. He now only sells occasionally because it was more hassle than it was worth.

Claiming FVF's back is a long process. Ebay don't seem to care who they let register as long as they're making money.

If you want just UK bidders, there's a sellers option to block people from outside the UK (one of the few useful block options).

I bought the Firefly boxset months ago, but only started watching it a few weeks ago. The first couple of episodes are a bit slow, but once it gets going it really is a fantastic series. I couldn't stop watching and finished the boxset in a week!

I think Serenity is also very good, it will be a great shame if no more are made. It doesn't make sense that something so good can be binned, with so much rubbish out there that goes on and on.

There's no simple answer to "accelerating around corners". It depends on how sharp it is, what car you're driving, and the conditions (and how good you are at understanding the physics of driving).

You'll "easily" fly around a tight bend in an Impreza on a hot sunny day, try doing exactly the same in thick ice and the car will behave a lot differently. Then try it in the ice in a rear wheeled drive car with 18inch fat low profile tyres. It won't be the same!

Tests don't cover enough skills. Someone who passes their test in the summer has no experience of winter driving (is that really their fault?), instead they're just told to "drive slow".

There's a lot more to it than driving slow in the ice. What annoys me is erratic hard braking, and accelerating which is not the way to do it.

It has to be Empire closely followed by Jedi - both are very emotional, and have great dialogue, but the reason I choose Empire is purely because of what we find out, even watching it repeatedly it's still a powerful scene at the end.

The funniest battle now must be in a New Hope, as I was watching it the other day, it appears really weak and tired compared to every other duel. It's like Obi Wan is holding a slab of concrete as he struggles to hold onto it!

A friend of mine also had a similar experience to yours, he realised what was going on so stopped bidding like you. Straight after the auction finished he was contacted saying the winning bidder had "pulled out" and was he still interested. It was so obvious that the seller was bidding against himself!

To be honest Ebay is pretty poor. I've had loads of people who don't pay so I've reported them to Ebay, they get an unpaid item strike but it doesn't seem to do anything other than make the person give you bad feedback even though you've done nothing wrong! You have no way of getting rid of false feeback. It's crap really as I've had people with vendetta's setting up a false account just to win something to give you bad feedback.

The problem is EBay are making a fortune so they really don't care about the dodgy things that go on, you can't speak to people who run Ebay, instead you just get automated emails in response to any issues. It's so annoying!

No, it`s all part of the fun of the game. Part of football is moaning about the refs!

Every team gets decisions going against them at some point, its the controversial decisions that keep fans talking for days, weeks, even years.

If they do introduce video replays, it will be for goals, then offsides, then fouls, then to watch Diouf flobbing at someone repeatedly, then...... we`ll never get to watch a game flowing for more than 30 seconds because we`ll be constantly watching refs making a decision.

Interesting, although I thought Raimi and Bruce said they`d NEVER be involved in another one? I wouldn`t knock it yet until we get more info. Ive always wanted a remake / follow up of any kind, lets hope its good. But if Raimi isn`t directing and Campbell isn`t in it, its not going to be a "real" Evil Dead.

As for Evil Dead 2 being a "remake" its not according to the extras Ive watched.....

Apparently Part 1 ends with Ash outside the cabin with the camera going at him. Then in part 2 the "same" bit happens early on in the 1st film, which is where its meant to carry on from part 1. In Dead2, The first part of the film is a quick over view of the 1st, then it continues (strangely along the same theme!) after the camera bit. (That probably makes no sense to anyone but thats what it suggests on the extras).

He won it fair and square, obviously it`s not nice to see someone like that win (whoever said life was fair). BUT..... what gets me is that he`s only served 15 years of a LIFE sentance, yet he`s out buying lottery tickets? Whats all that about then?

To me life should mean exactly that.... life. So he shouldn`t ever get out to spend the cash (its more likely I`d win the lottery than that happening and I don`t even do it!).

The problem these days is that no one wants to take consequences for their actions, so they just blame everyone or something else.

If games / filmes really do influence people, in theory with the amount I`ve watched / played I should`ve killed thousands of people by now.

SJ - It was actually a joke about his passing. I know he`s a quality player. I didn`t think he`d come to us anyway, it`s the usual media hype - there`s nothing to write about so they blow something out of proportion (it probably all started when Gerrard said he enjoyed playing with Lampard (ooer!) for England).

We`ve got way too many players as it is in midfield so it`s probably a good idea to stop buying even more. Id like to see Parker get a chance alongside Lampard in the centre, but I doubt it will happen.

I still can`t understand it though, Blackburn spent a load all those years ago and "bought" the title, everyone loved it. In reality every football team does the same, by buying players to improve themselves.

Why the hatred towards Chelsea?
Before Abramovich came everyone was laughing at us because we were skint (we would`ve gone the same way as Leeds if it wasn`t for the Russian).

I`m actually glad we didn`t sign Gerrard if his passing in Euro 2004 is anything to go by!

It`s quite funny to see that everyone in the world is "allowed" to sign players for huge amounts of cash, but as soon as Chelsea do it we`re always criticised for ruining the game.

Ironically, as Mixman says he will get a load of cash anyway so when you say mercenaries only goto Chelsea that is absolute arse, because you`ve got one of your own!
