Page 1 of Getting an X-BOX, Advice needed.

I currently have the Gamecube and now want an XBOX, should i get one now? who is offering the best bundle at the moment? and is there a newer version due soon? oh and what are the essential games to have on the xbox?

i think you mean the xbox2, they cannot release the current xbox without HD because a few games rely on it of loading i.e halo Xbox 2 won`t be out before next year :)

Yep, Xbox 2 is the one minus hard drive (stupid idea, if you ask me). I don`t think it will be out till late 2005 or early 2006, mind.

loads of web pages banging on about this including msoft also there unsure wether or not xbox2 will be backward compatible with xbox games but i hope it will be >:(

crystal xbox is release on the 26th march.clear so you can see the insides.very nice it is as well.

From what I`ve read, the xbox2 won`t have a hard disc, but will have some form of flash memory inside, and looking at whats available on compact flash now, a 2gb memory isn`t out of the question.
