Page 1 of Best Chip for xbox

i was thinking of getting my xbox chipped, but need a few ideas for which is the best chip to get. i want all the regular features like, able to play region free dvds/ dvd-r & dvd+r, extra memory, copied games etc.
would be cool if someone can help me out

If you just want those things and more then an executer 2.3 will suffice, only get a 3 if you are well up on the scene and if you asked that question, you obviously aren`t!

Also check out www.baldbouncer.co.uk if you email them they are very helpful and assisted me links when I had a problem with the upgrade, and during the selection / questions before I purchased the chip
