Anywhere to get cheap Gamecube games from? Plus any recommendations?
My younger sister wants a new Gamecube game, but can`t afford anything too expensive. She loves platformers, and has been playing Mario Sunshine quite alot recently. Any recommendations? I`ve heard Billy Hatcher is quite good, and the Wario game.
Anything else?
Thanks for the help. :D
Oh my God, Bear is driving! How can that be?

I`m a massive Gamecube fan, even though I`m probably old enough to know better! Billy Hatcher`s dirt cheap right now here:

...and I can vouch for the store. They`re very good, as is the game (though it`s not as good as Mario). If she`s quite young she might also like Luigi`s Mansion. It`s quite easy but it`s a lot of fun. And the same for Starfox Adventures. It`s supposed to be for kids but, well, I loved it.
What about the original Sonic games on Sonic Mega Collection? All have aged very well and are titles I return to regularly. Sonic Heroes is good also (no doubt you`ll have heard mixed reviews) though can be punishing. That said my 5 year old loves it!
Though not strictly a platformer, I reckon anyone would fall in love the Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. I can`t recommend it highly enough.
All of these games should be available to the canny shopper at well under £20 almost anywhere. If you need any more Gamecube help let me know.

Don`t forget Amazon Marketplace. Always a cheap source of games.

What kind of game is Zelda? I`ve never played the Zelda games before. Would my younger sister enjoy it for example? (obviously you don`t know her, but you know what I mean) :p

How old is she? 10 or above and she`ll love it. Does it still come with the `limited edition` of Ocarina of Time for GameCube? If so, she`s also getting one of the best games ever..

She`s 14. But really loves her platform games, which is what I`m edging towards. In Zelda, you don`t think the puzzles won`t be too taxing for her?

I don`t think she`ll find the puzzles too taxing at all. Wind Waker is an utterly charming, quite easy-going adventure game, that I`m sure she`ll adore. It`s often referred to (incorrectly) as a Role Playing game (RPG), when in truth it`s more a type of progressive platform style adventure, I suppose, although to call it a platformer isn`t entirely correct. :/
If it`s a pure platformer she`s after I`d probably go with yer Billy Hatcher, although that can be quite difficult in the later levels. It is again very charming and fun, though the theme tune will send you mental :D .
If you`re quite open minded though, and willing to try something a bit different, I reckon you`ll love Zelda. If you can get the chance, try it before you buy it.
Have any of you played any Zelda titles before?

Ahh, thank God it`s not just me that`s a Zelda fanatic! A Link to the Past is but a memory to me now, having sold all my SNES gear recently on Ebay. But I loved it dearly. On balance I would probably pick Ocarina of Time as my favourite. They really pulled out all the stops to put you in Link`s story. I also really loved Majora`s Mask, a genuine departure for traditional Zelda games in a way, and some utterly unforgettable characters.
For Ben Franklin`s sister though, I would say try it out. It might take a little acclimatising to (there`s no jump button for example, jumping`s automatic, sound`s crazy but it really works). Once you`re in though, I don`t think you`ll play anything else `til you finish it. Try this review:
