Hi all
Am looking for a racing game on the PS2, can anyone give me any recommendations.
Would prefer a straight out racing rather than having to tinker with car and all that.
Any help appreciated.

Burnout 3 or Revenge and FlatOut 2 are great, fast arcadey racers.
If you want something approaching realism, the TOCA Race Driver series is a good choice and comes without the chavvy body kits and s***, although there is an element of tuning seeing as it`s more or less a sim.

How about the Gran Turismo series?
Thanks for the replies, I was hoping for something that 2 players would be able to play and those titles suggested just say 1 player.
Any additional help appreciated.

All the games mentioned are multiplayer via split screen. You`ll have a hard time finding a racer that isn`t.

Need for speed (hot pursuit 2) it has to be one of the best ive ever played
