Been keeping a close eye on this one for the last few months too - it looks superb.

Heard the online aspect is a big let down, you don`t get to even see ghosts of other competitiors and as there`s 100 players per lobby there`s no chat just simple pre-determined text phrases that you can send to others to bitch or brag (no annoying yanks to have to suffer though i guess :D ) but that said it wont stop me getting the demo and checking out the offline aspects, i think it looks okay visually and apparently the PC version has an online demo but not the 360 demo... :(

Got to go to work in a bit so can`t play before.

It`s 20% and been going for over 2 hrs, so thats 75mb per hour. (:¦ It wont be done til 9pm, thats ok cos I finish then but will want to watch the Lost eps. Oh decisions.

F*** it. Got home from work to get the demo and all i got was 3 red lights. What now? I think its over a year old and I cant find the receipt. >:(

I contacted Microsoft direct with mine and they didn`t ask for any details about where I bought it from or anything just organised a pick up.

Would they know when you bought it? I know the serial number may give them an idea but it could have been on the shelf in a shop for months.

May just be worth contacting Microsoft?

Have you tried letting it cool down and booting up again. I got home and the Demo has still not finished but stopped at 53% then chose to download my pending download of Tom Clancy.

Well i got it to work (few times on and off) started the down load and went to bed. All seemed fine at 11.30. This morning it was off. Turned on and the download had stopped at 52% >:( .

Then the screen pixelated and the console froze. Off and on again but startup sequence froze. Off and on again and 3 red lights. :(

Off to work now so will have the weekend to sort it out. Got it from Game but pretty sure I paid cash. No receipt but will they be able to tell by my reward card?
