How do I get I-player on my Wii? And anything else we should have?

Superted (Elite) posted this on Saturday, 28th June 2008, 09:06

Was in an office working away last week and overheard a bloke say you could now put the BBC I-Player on your Wii. I`ve had a good look around but can`t find it anywhere.

Anybody know where it is?

Also are there any other essentials we can get for it. At the moment it is on our Wifi network and is useful for the weather etc. Not bothered getting the internet channel as our laptop is in the next room. Didn`t think we would use it that much.

I guess this is why we cannot find I-Player.

All the best

Gerald.

You need to purchase the internet channel to be able to use the i-player. It is 500 Wii points.

Don`t bother, it uses an older version of Flash so the video is much jerkier and not exactly like watching it on the PC or iphone.
