Page 1 of Nintendo SNES mini. Anyone pre-ordering one?

So Nintendo has announced the release of a SNES mini with 22 built-in games including a never released game. Amazon, Game & Smyths are all taking pre-orders, Smyths are £10 cheaper atm but I doubt that will last. £69.99 at Smyths, £79.99 at other retailers.
I really wanted a mini NES but they withdrew it to concentrate production of the Switch so this time I'm pre-ordering this time.
Anyone else gonna order one?

This looks amazing.  Hopefully it's managed better than the NES mini but I'd definitely recommend pre-ordering one if you want one.  Can't find one anywhere - many sites overloaded.

Did you forget to pre-order one?
First thoughts: well the controller is too short. Like most people today I have a large led tv so I don't want to sit a few feet from it. I've ordered a extension cable from Amazon, 10 feet for £8. I've connected it to my kitchen tv to try it out, looks great! It doesn't come with a power block, just a micro usb to usb cable so if your tv doesn't have a spare usb socket you're need an adapter as well.
Smyths honoured the pre-order price of £69:99 which surprised me to be honest, there were 5 or 6 people queueing in front of me, all asking in there were any in stock, all given the same answer, come back Sunday, we "might" have some in store then. Was a bit embarrassed to ask for my order & leave with one in hand.
Anyway, is it worth it? I guess that depends on the individual, but yes it was for me.

Been playing Mario World for a few hours, turned it off now. Not played anything else yet. Getting used to the controller took a bit but enjoying it so far.

Feel like I want one now, never had a SNES (or a NES, but the NES has never interested me) because I had an Amiga and went from that to a PC so avoided consoles for many years.

Of course now I want one, you can't get one, well you can for twice the RRP. I guess I'll wait and see what happens, I could always just resign myself to building a raspberry pi box.
