Page 1 of GTAV/Online new mystery?

For various reasons, I'm not playing GTA online as much as I was before. Once I aced the Cayo Perico heists to the point I topped $100 million in 2 weeks the sheen kinda came off it. Still, I popped back on this week as there's a new DLC featuring one of the original story characters, Franklin, & Dr Dre pops up after being featured in the intro for last years island-based heist.

So imagine my surprise when I fly over a certain building that has a certain unique feature, to find that feature has been changed - into another unique feature.

Aliens! Map co-ords? no it's aliens!

I still haven't seen anything on GTA forums or evn via google about this, so I have a sneaking suspicion I'm the first to spot it, because it's not something anyone would ever pay attention to, apart from nerds like me.

If it's co-ordinates, then it's using a reference that isn't their norm. The map included in the DVD box-set ises an A-1, B-2 etc format. The 4 digits could be a time or a year, and the other could be something you have to enter into your phone or a website?

Thing is, these textures were put there deliberately once the patch was done, and those numbers in that style aren't anywhere else on the map, so they've been created specifically for this particular building.

Are they blocks? Don't US cities have grid references based on blocks?
