which is the best? graphics, games and value for money?

Graphics wise the x-box is said to be the best, but apart from Halo nothing really stands out, i`d say the Gamecube, just watch Rogue Leader running on a big screen t.v its just jaw dropping... as for gameplay wise the Gamecube again, even so soon after its release, Super Monkey Ball is just so playable its one of those you just can`t put down you will be playing it + the next thing you know its 3.00am, no game as done that to me in a long time.... then you have Resident Evil, the new Turok game + Die Hard as well , value for money the Gamecube wins hands down, the ps2 in my opinion is`nt even close to the gamecube + yes i`ve played quite a few games on the ps2.....

Gamecube m8, just picked up smash bros melee on friday its a f***ing great multiplayer game a must have..

gfx = xbox by far

value = xbox imo, its a better machine and plays dvds

value2 = dreamcast

playability = none, i never spend more than 30 mins on any of em

games = gamecube, nintendo always have been the best

All are good meachines, its the games that make a console, nintendo (with their rare) games tend to make the best of the lot, and the cube seems to be verry cheap too..

so possibly the cube has the edge at the mo.

your gonna have 2 spend £245 on a xbox to be the dogs wotsits you need an advanced scart and a dvd playback kit 5.1 sound on every game i have loads of xbox titles all excellent graphics far superior than ps2 built in hdrive handy for playing your own music throughout gameplay just bought a dvd kit must say most impressive dvd playback broadband built in etc ive seen a few games on gamecube look good but bit cheesey compared 2 xbox halo wreckless max payne doa3 knockout kings 2002 etc have great graphics and sound the question you ask will differ amongst every person but if you want graphics sound good dvd playback go for xbox ! hey get it chipped u pay £20-£25 for ntsc games from usa cool

Get a PS2 it has the best catalogue of games out and its e3 line is as good if not better then the xbox.

the cubes line up sux, its full of kiddie sh*t.

also the ps2`s network adapter and harddrive are coming this autum.

finally the ps2 has won the console war so you know it will last, gamecube seems to have done enough but outside of the USA the xbox is sucking ballz!

PS2 is the choice of champions!
