What I`d give for a decent 2 player scrolling beat`um up/shoot`em up on the PS2, anyone got any recommendations for an enjoyable 2 player game on the PS2.

not many co-op games on consoles. i dunno i fyou can buy it for the PS2, but the gauntlet games r good.

Red faction is still a classic 2 player game, and you can get it on platinum for £20 now. go buy...

Girlfriends had enough of 1st person shooters after Timesplitters

Hired out Baldurs Gate:DA in the end, quite impressed though I think we`ve almost finished it, probably will buy it, but not for £30+, anyone know where I can get hold of it cheap?

Otherwise, some good Two player games. Pro Evolution Soccer ( If you can get your woman to play it), Burnout is quite fun, NBA Street (for a while)
