Page 1 of Greg`s Previews on Yahoo! Movies...it`s good, but look at this

I check it out regularly for all the upcoming film news/gossip, and the guy who edits it, Greg Dean Schmitz, is normally a good writer, but in some cases he, er, gets a bit over-excited.

Take for example the preview page for XXX2 (sequel to the dire 2002 Vin Diesel action flick), with him stating under `Title Note`:

"The title of this movie, `XXX2`, would be pronounced as "Triple X Squared". If one wants to do the math... it gets a bit confusing. As the first film was written, XXX, it implies that it was X times X times X, which is actually X cubed. But... because Sony always maintained that it was "Triple X", that means it was actually 3X mathematically. So, as (3X)2, this sequel`s title actually equals 9X2. Why am I doing all this math? So you don`t have to!"

Now c`mon, Greg, who actually cares about the `math` of a title? Lol!

Yes agreed, the first is one of the worst big action movies for years, overhyped dross of the first order.

I can`t believe all these negative comments about the most excellent XXX, one of the most exciting and intellectually challenging movies of this decade, with almost shakespearean acting from every cast member, particularly Vin Deisel and Samuel L Jackson... a true classic in every way.
