Page 1 of I went swimming!

Just thought I`d share something with you all. It has been 18 years since I last swam. Back then I was very much slimmer. I was ashamed to go all these years. Since having a family now etc., we went together and I was relieved to see I was nowhere near as big as some people so I felt so much better. I`m going again!
MORAL : If you are on the big side, don`t be embarassed. Go and have a swim. Its great.

Maybe he has got an office job, and with a family too, that doesn`t allow a lot of personal time. So, washu, it seems you are the silly one.

I don`t like the swimming pool, makes my eyes all puffy. Although I`m alright in outdoor pools, like when I was in the States on holiday.

But some say it is the best form of exercise.

That old chesnut of an excuse eh...Well, I have an office job too but I cycle to work. My old job even had a gym which I went to for an hour every day. I HATE fat people, they are a waste of space in society and they should all be melted down!

Well, at my last job, I would have been one fit motherf***er if I cycled to it, because it was a 40 mile drive. Which meant I would have cycled 80 miles a day. 400 miles a week (or could be 480 sometimes).

And I`ll ignore your ignorance about "fat" people. You don`t know any better.
