I`ve got an Epiphone SG400 fixed neck but am becoming enamoured with the Les Paul Goldtop...

I always liked the Gibson Explorer.

Well I was always an SG fan - being that I was a huge AC/DC fan. I used to own a 74 special and still have a crappy old 70`s copy. If I strap one on now I find them very neck heavy.

I`m starting to think that Les Pauls are cool. but my current guitar is a sunburst tele.

Defo go for the Les Paul. Currently I`m after a Fender Jazzmaster... though can`t quite stretch my budget to it.

I got the SG 4.5 years ago as a wedding present to myself(!) because it looked wicked & Weller used one but now the Les Paul is looking sexier by the day - plus I`ve seen George Harrison using one in a studio performance of Revolution.

My mate had an SG double neck-Six string and Bass.
Weighed about as much as a small car.
Nice to play but crippled you after five minutes use.
