Page 1 of Solaris-is it any good?

Any comments, I might buy this next week but didn`t get a chance to see it at the cinema.

I thought it was darn good, but most people hate it. So I would rent first just to be safe.

I loved the press conference where some German journalist trying to make a name for himself said to George Clooney "Vell, I think it vos vairy bwooring" and George told him in no uncertain terms to f*** off you sad little twat... The film looks interesting, but as the wife constantly reminds me, you have to be in certain moods to watch certain films. I think this one qualifies as `nothing on telly and feeling a bit melancholy`
