Straw dogs has its first outing on British tv tonight on channel 4, at 11.15

one of the many overated films of all time.

The only thing that was controversial about it was the rape scene. Which is instatly forgotton in the rest of the movie, and the victim carries on as if nothing happened.

Totaly unrealistic.

That is why the film was controversial and banded. The the film showed the victim in a way that made it almost seem that she enjoyed being raped.

good or not, it has a 21 year old susan george in it, looking very hot :)

It shows how little it takes to get the bbfc p***ed off , a rape scene where the victim slightly enjoys it because its her ex boyfriend , i thought films like death wish were more shocking , but dustin hoffman was good in it
