Hmmm... mistral - I guess as you know about the swim, you watched it... have you nothing better to do than watch a program that you think is rubbish...

Spooks is excellent, IMO - the best thing on TV at the moment (or it was, until it finished!). Roll on next year!

But the ending seemed a little messy, or was that just me?

Hmm, makes you wonder if Harry and Tom didn`t plan to make good his escape.

I wouldn`t be suprised if Harry turns up fine and dandy (ie the old body armour gag) at the start of the next series and that Yank bird and Tom are holed up somewhere.

I`ll be sure to buy the box set of this series. I especially liked Jenny Agutter`s role in it - devious cow! And the way it took off from the first series was excellent. Can`t wait to see how they explain this.

Did they actually have Tom`s body? There was an area cordoned off, but you didn`t get to see what it was - just the shotgun perhaps?

All I can say is reading the half dozen postings in this thread has told me more about what happened last night than the missus could manage when I got in from fishing and realised I`d missed the last one.

I thought the american girl was in on the plot against Tom. In the flashbacks she gave some sly looks that indicated to me that she wasnt all she seems.

Personally I think Harry (I agree with Clayts, probably body armour, I didnt see any blood) has helped Tom fake his death and that the next series will begin with him hunting down the gang who now think he is dead. Cant wait though to see what happens.
