The Save Farscape website claims that the cancelled sci-fi show will be returning as a four hour mini-series

Filming to start in December with airing in the following year.

This is indeed great news although the forums at the site are aflame at the idea that this may well lead to a full season 5...and in certain cases 6 and even 7! Can`t really see this I have to say.

To me this is just the Henson company doing the decent thing and providing a conclusion for a series that they have been hugely involved in. The cliff-hanger at the end of season 4 was incredible but it is the kiss of death if it is not concluded. We can only wonder what no conclusion means to the ability to sell the whole series as a package as well as the effects of people not buying dvd`s because the series effectively had no end. Well it looks as though this is just not the case anymore and evey fan of the series has to be greatful for that.

I for one am very happy at this news :D

Im i the only person who thought 70% of farscape was utter crap.

Like, weird for the sake of it crap.

Especially the `Inside Johns Head` episodes, which were particularly lame.

the thing i found about farscape is that the episodes are either absolute crap or absolutly brilliant, fortunatly i like 99% of them
