Page 1 of Daewoo / Scan (Again!)

As you may know from reading previous posts in this forum, I have been having numerous problems with my Daewoo player. I`m getting pretty annoyed with it, so it will be going back to Argos.

Of course i`m now looking for a replacement.

My question is, are there any other players out there for similar money (£200 or less) that have the same features as the Daewoo / Scan player?, i.e. CDR / RW compatibility, MP3 playback, region coding and macrovision that can be easily disabled... etc.

I know i`m not asking much, but there must be something else out there!

There is the LG3350E but its not multi regional yet!

I am gunning for the SMART DVD 3000 as the company send you firmware updates, it is also VHS friendly but is 300 notes.
