Course, you could always blame Tony Blair that a poor student has had to resort to such measures to be able to afford her education.

And yes, exchanging money for Sexual relations is prostitution and hence, illegal.

I thought prostitution was legal, I thought it was courting the act that was illegal? Or running a brothel...
