Random Thread Mover Strikes Again
I used to enjoy this site but the seemingly random application of unclear rules regarding what threads should go where has finally done my head in.
Please remove my account from the system.....I`ll view in future but have not intention of contributing any more.
I`m sick of trying to fing the threads I`ve posted.

You will be sent an automated e-mail telling you where the post has been moved to.
You can also click on your user name and it tells you where the post is :)
As the post related to mobile phones, and we have a forum called PCs and Mobiles, it was clearly incorrectly posted in this forum.
Them`s the rules - just common etiquette when visiting someone`s house to use the right room for things - you wouldn`t go to the toilet in the kitchen after all, would you ? :D

RE: Random Thread Mover Strikes Again
By clicking on your name it brought up your most recent posts.
It appears that apart from this one, the most recent thread you`ve started was the `Best Pay Monthly Mobile Deal?` Which is in the `PC`s and Mobiles` forum. If it`s been moved there, surely that`s the best place for it? Before that was the `Mystery?` thread about your Donnie Darko Bargain bucket thread, where SJ & Spiny Norman explained to you about the site throwing a wobbly and deleting loads of posts on it`s own.
Personally, I find the titles of the forums themselves are guidelines enough for determining what subject should be posted where

If your thread was moved then you will receive an email telling you where too. If you havn`t received an email, have you thought to check that you have a valid email address in your user ID ? If not, then it`s rather difficult to let you know what`s happening.
You also don`t even mention to which thread you are referring. If, however, it`s the one relating to Mobile tarifs, then do you not agree it belongs in the "PC`s & Mobiles" Forum ? Doesn`t seem too random to me.
Finally, as has been pointed out, you can call up links to all your recent thread contributions - regardless of where they have been moved to - by clicking on your username in any thread.
If you wish to be removed from the user database though, I am happy to oblige.
